Terms of sale

Version of 17 October 2026

1. The seller

Boris FEUNE, Tournai Belgique. Company number (BCE/KBO): BE1005234358. Contact: contact@nimsea.com.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the online sale, on education.nimsea.com, of licences to use the Nimsea educational games (Pixelia, Citadel, Planet Crisis, Luma, Fusion), to individuals as well as to schools, associations or companies. By ordering, you accept them.

3. The product

A licence is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased version of the game on a single device: the one on which it is activated. The licence is tied to that device and to the web browser in which it is activated: opening the game in another browser, even on the same device, may be counted as another device and refused; so always use the same browser, or the app installed from it. It has no end date and requires neither a subscription nor an account. The game runs without ads or online services: an internet connection is needed for activation; after that the game works offline and simply re-checks the licence whenever a connection is available. Updates to the purchased version are included; a new, separate edition of a game may be subject to a separate licence. To change device (breakdown, replacement), please contact us: we look at each request.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT where due; the price displayed when you order is the one that applies. Payment is processed online by Mollie (cards, Bancontact and other methods offered on its payment page): Nimsea neither receives nor keeps your bank details.

5. Order and delivery

The order is concluded when Mollie confirms the payment. The licence code is then shown immediately on the confirmation page and e-mailed to you; the invoice is available from that page and from the e-mail. Please keep these messages.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, the licence code is digital content supplied immediately, not on a tangible medium: by ticking the box provided, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the code is provided to you.

7. Warranty and support

The legal guarantee of conformity applies to consumers. If the game does not work as advertised, write to us: we will first try to fix it and, failing that, we will refund you.

8. Intellectual property

The games, texts, images and sounds remain the property of their authors. The licence does not allow copying, resale, or making the game available to other people or on other devices.

9. Personal data

To process your order we record your name, your e-mail address and, if you provide them, your address and VAT number, together with the order and payment data. They are used to deliver your code, issue the invoice, answer your requests and meet our accounting obligations (kept for seven years). They are not sold; they are processed by our technical providers (Mollie for the payment, our host for the website). Activating the game sends our licence server a technical identifier of the device, only to limit the licence to one device. You may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data (subject to our legal obligations) by writing to contact@nimsea.com.

10. Governing law and disputes

Belgian law applies. In case of difficulty, please contact us first; you may then refer the matter to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). The Belgian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules.
